By using ToneSwap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ToneSwap is an AI-powered text rewriting tool. You paste text, choose a tone, and receive a rewritten version. The service is available in a free tier (with daily limits) and a paid tier using credits you purchase.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ToneSwap to:

• Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material.
• Produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing.
• Circumvent usage limits through automated scripts or multiple accounts.
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased in packs and never expire.
• Credits are consumed per rewrite and are non-refundable once used.
• All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all text you submit and all output you receive. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your text solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer

ToneSwap is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that output will pass or fail any AI detection tool. Results may vary depending on input, tone, and the detection software used.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneSwap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ToneSwap after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
